November 2006
We spent three weeks of this month in Arkansas. While I was busy working on items for my upcoming craft show, It was a good visit, but it flew by way too fast. It was really hard to please everyone because I didn't have a car and I was at the mercy of whoever wanted to come pick us up and take us where we wanted to go. I didn't see everyone as much as they liked and I even got fussed at for it! I'm sorry, but in all actuality, I spent about the same amount of time at each place except maybe grandmothers...but I did see her an extra time at Susans house. We really enjoyed seeing everyone and shopping with Aunt Kay and working in the shop with Pepaw, and riding the four wheeler at Clifs house, and putting up the tree at Robbis house and the tree party at Mamaws house with everyone there! We also enjoyed playing at Chucky Cheese with Papaw even though Jake was pretty scared of Chucky! hee hee And Thanksgiving Dinner at Memaws house was wonderful as usual. Everyone looked so nice all dressed up and looking pretty.
October 2006
October was lots of fun. Our church playgroup visited Knights farm and I got some beautiful pictures of Maddie. Then the Friends and Family playgroup visited Bloomsbury Farm and we got a pumpkin there. We also had our playgroup halloween party and Jakes birthday party which Aunt Kay and Tonys mom came up for. Jenny and her boys came to the party and also Amanda and Kylee from playgroup and Tommy a little friend of Jakes came and David, Trish and Spencer came and the theme was Thomas the train of course! We took Jake and Maddie to Build a bear workshop the night before his party and picked a monkey that we named Mojo and Maddie has a kitty named Freckles. I recommend going there for just about any age, boy or girl... It was really neat.
September 2006
September was also a big month. Lots going on. This month we visited the apple orchard, went to see Thomas the Train in Boone, Iowa and went to the homecoming parade for Coe College and the football game following. We also went to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee to meet with Tonys family. We stayed in a beautiful cabin and spent a day at Dollywood. It was nice visit but a really long trip. It took us about 16 hours to drive it.
August 2006
August was a big month for us. We got to visit a vineyard, went to the Water park again, went to Old McDonalds Farm and most of all got to take a trip to Arkansas for two weeks. While we were there we got to go out on the boat with Clif and his family and went swimming at a friends pool with Robbi and her kids and it was just a great summer visit.

May 2006
We already got a visit from Tonys parents after being in Cedar Rapids for less than a month. The Amana Colonies were a great place to visit and walk around. There were so many unique things and pretty flowers to enjoy. A good way to spend a relaxing sunny day. I like the quilt shop and the Christmas Store the best.
April 2006
Tony came back to Arkansas to get us and we got back to the apartment the weekend before Easter. The apartment was very nice but oh so small compared to where we moved from. No yard and not much room to play. We started unpacking and found we had to leave so much stuff in the garage that we didn't have room for.
